Our turkeys this year are coming from Hadley Farm, Draycott In the Clay. They have a reputation for quality and great tasting turkeys without compromise on welfare standards. They are reared on the farm and fed on a GM free cereal based diet without growth promoters or antibiotics. They are all hand plucked and hung for a minimum of seven days to enhance flavour and texture. We will be having traditional wirrel whites and also some bronzes are available. We will also be having some geese, duck, pheasant and free range chicken to order.
